Which data sources does Adriel support?
Adriel currently supports over 650+ data source integrations via API connection.

If you wish to see data from sources that Adriel does not support directly, e.g. TV commercials, you can still integrate them to your dashboard through our Google Spreadsheet or database API connectors.

What are the differences between advanced, flexible, and custom connectors?
Adriel offers three types of connectors in its integration library, each designed to meet specific needs:

Advanced Connectors: These integrate with the most common marketing and analytics platforms, providing extensive dimensions and metrics out-of-the-box. We have direct partnerships with key platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, and can add additional dimensions or metrics upon request in just a few hours.

Flexible Connectors: These allow you to import any type of data and map it into Adriel alongside your other data. Examples include Google Spreadsheets, CSV files, and databases such as BigQuery or Redshift.

Custom Connectors: These are for integrations not supported out-of-the-box but can be quickly set up based on your specifications. Please be aware that custom connectors may require one-time setup or ongoing fees.

Note: Platforms often allow the creation or retrieval of multiple report types. However, with a “custom connector,” only one report type can be used per connection. If you need to visualize multiple report types within Adriel, you will need a separate connection for each report type.

What is a Flexible Connector, and can we use it to connect different types of data from Google Sheets (e.g., from multiple vendors or clients) while counting it as one connector?
A Flexible Connector allows you to integrate any type of data into Adriel, whether it’s from a platform without an API, self-reported data, or budget-related information. You can easily visualize this data with our Flexible Connectors.

Regarding Google Sheets, you can connect various types of data, but each tab within a Google Sheet is treated as a separate connection. So, while you can link multiple Google Sheets, each tab is considered an individual connector. You cannot combine multiple tabs into a single connector.

In this case, "types of Google Sheets" refers to the different kinds of data you might want to import into Adriel, such as ad performance metrics, budget figures, or self-reported KPIs. Even though these are distinct types of data, each tab, regardless of its content, is treated as its own connection.
Is Adriel the right tool for me?

How easily can I get help?
We fully understand the struggles you have to go through when onboarding a new piece of software.

Although Adriel is easy to get started with, we offer an extensive client onboarding process that spans 15 to 60 days. During this time, we meet with you once or twice a week to make sure you can connect to all your data sources, see all your data, and automate your reports.

Do you offer Month-to-Month Contracts?
All plans are billed annually to keep costs predictable and allow us to offer the most value. If you’re evaluating for the first time, we’re happy to start with a trial and explore what billing terms work best for your team!
What happens if I need more ad accounts or connectors later?
No problem! You can easily scale up at anytime. Additional ad accounts and connectors are priced add-on style — reach out and we’ll share the exact breakdown based on your current plan.
How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on your usage needs — primarily the number of ad accounts, type of connectors (advanced, flexible, or custom), and any optional features like AI insights or white-labeling. We’ll work with you to scope the right plan based on your team size, data volume, and reporting needs.
Can I use my real data in the trial?
Yes — we recommend it! During the trial, we’ll help you import your actual ad, sales, or CRM data so you can test your real dashboards and ROI reporting. No need to wait until you’re a paying customer to see value.
How long is the trial, and what happens after it ends?
Most trials run for 2 weeks with support from our Solutions team. You’ll get full platform access, and we’ll work with you to assess fit and define next steps. No automatic billing — we’ll only proceed when you’re ready.
Will someone help me get set up?
Yes — we don’t just hand you a login and wish you luck. Every plan includes guided onboarding led by our Solutions and Customer Success teams.

Here’s what setup typically includes:
- Customized onboarding sessions (1–4 live calls depending on plan) tailored to your goals Slack, email, and video support throughout onboarding and beyond
- Help connecting ad accounts, setting up flexible connectors, and building your first dashboards
- Templates, best practices, and QA to make sure your data is accurate and client-ready
- Optional dashboard customization, alerts, and metric blending based on your KPIs
